Natalie & Tavyn’s Beautiful Wedding at the Lasker Inn in Galveston
Natalie and Tavyn had the most beautiful intimate wedding at the Lasker Inn B&B in Galveston, and it was such a joy to photograph their day!
The Lasker Inn was the perfect setting for their wedding. With its historic charm, beautiful gardens, and classic Galveston character, it gave their wedding day such a romantic and intimate feeling.
From their outdoor garden ceremony to their reception inside the historic home, followed by a sunset trip to the beach, their wedding day was filled with so many beautiful moments.
An Outdoor Garden Ceremony at the Lasker Inn

There is something so special about an outdoor wedding ceremony, especially at a historic property like the Lasker Inn. Surrounded by greenery and the beautiful architecture of the inn, the garden created an intimate setting for their family and friends to watch them get married.
The ceremony was heartfelt and beautiful, and it was the perfect beginning to their wedding celebration.
A Reception Inside the Historic Home
After the ceremony, everyone headed inside the historic Lasker Inn for the reception.
I love that Natalie and Tavyn were able to have their entire wedding experience at one beautiful location. Their guests could enjoy the charm of the historic home while celebrating the newlyweds.
The reception included all of the classic wedding moments you want to remember: toasts, cake cutting, and plenty of dancing!
There were so many fun moments to photograph as everyone celebrated Natalie and Tavyn. The energy of the reception made it clear how excited their family and friends were to celebrate this new chapter with them.
Dancing the Night Away
Once the formalities were finished, it was time to dance!
The reception turned into a fun celebration with everyone enjoying the evening together. I love photographing wedding receptions because you get to see so much personality come out on the dance floor.
The hugs, laughter, dancing, and candid moments with family and friends are often some of my favorite images from a wedding day.
A Galveston Beach Sunset
But the evening wasn’t over yet!
After their reception and exit, Natalie and Tavyn and I headed over to Galveston Beach for some portraits together.
And the timing couldn’t have been better.
We arrived just in time to catch the sunset!
There is something so beautiful about ending a wedding day at the beach. After spending the day surrounded by family and friends, we had a little time for Natalie and Tavyn to simply enjoy being newly married and take in the moment together.
The beach, the evening light, and the newlyweds made for some absolutely gorgeous portraits.
I always love when couples are willing to sneak away for a few minutes during or after their wedding day for portraits. Those photographs can end up being some of the most romantic images from the entire day.
