Even though Texas doesn’t quite have the New England Fall foliage, we still try to embrace the dishes of the season. Some of my favorite dishes of the past week were homemade apple pie and our full course fall meal, marmalade chicken, corn, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce topped off with apple cider and spiced cake.
YUM! These dishes were fun to make and even funner (that’s right, I say “funner”!) to eat!
