Honey Bee Cake

I’m super proud of my cake that I made last week.  It was so cute and super delicious.  I bought the mold from Williams Sonoma a few years ago.  My parents are awesome urban farmers, so I used honey, eggs, and lemon all from their house! That made the cake even more special.  The cake is a Honey-Lemon Cake.  You can find the recipe here!

This could “bee” really cute at a themed Bridal shower.  There could be honey favors and lots of stickers/stamps that say “Meant to Bee”. Here’s a great pinterest board that has the same idea! The color yellow is less common at Weddings, but it makes me so happy and I think it would be great for lots of showers or a Wedding!
